webOS 1.2 to be Released on Sept. 24th?
Much to the dismay of Palm Pre users, the webOS 1.2 update has been delayed due to issues with iTunes syncing. Fortunately, it appears that the anticipated update will land before the month ends.
The App Catalog e-commerce beta program for webOS is rumored to go live on September 24. This would also mean that the webOS 1.2 update and the revamped App Catalog may be available on that date.
This update is expected to provide enhanced copy feature added to browser and email, improved global search to catch synonyms, LinkedIn enhancements, filter search in email and a whole lot more.
Let's wait and see if webOS 1.2 becomes available on this date. I can't stand anymore delays.
