webOS 1.1 for Palm Pre Doing More Harm than Good?

The webOS 1.1 update for the Palm Pre provided solid additions especially the much-improved Exchange support and revived iTunes syncing. However, a number of users have reported that the update has given birth to new bugs and glitches in various webOS apps.
For example, the webOS 1.1 update for the Palm Pre has temporarily crippled the WHERE application. Fortunately, the developers and Palm were able to push out a WHERE update that immediately fixed the issue.
The update also caused numerous homebrew hacks to broke down. However, the homebrew community has started to update their patches and apps to work with 1.1.
There were also a few reports that the update has shortened the battery life. Fortunately, these reports seem to be isolated.
Now, we can't say that the 1.1 update has done more good than harm. We're simply asking a question to see if other users have experienced problems associated with it. We hope that future webOS updates will continue to improve the platform.
