Palm Pre Touchstone: A Line of Products?

We first saw the Palm Pre Touchstone at CES as a cool charging dock for a new and exciting handset. However, recent rumors suggest that the Palm Touchstone is not  limited to a cool charging dock that powers the device through induction. The Touchstone may turn out to be a whole line of products and accessories for the Palm Pre.

This rumor originated from a Palm marketing manager who inadvertenedly leaked the info to a blogger during CTIA 2009. Here's the exact quote from the manager:

"The Touchstone is the name of a entire line of products. This is the first Touchstone product in that family. This is the charging dock."

This leak appears to be quite stimulating to the imagination of many Palm Pre fans. Some have wondered if the entire Palm Pre Touchstone line will feature inductive technology. Other have speculated on the other accessories that will be included in the Palm Pre Touchstone line including a USB dock, TV-out dock, stereo speakers and car kits.
