Palm Pre Sales Slowing Down?

If recent rumors are to be believed, then the number of Palm Pre units being sold are going down. According to a JNK wireless consultant, the Pre sales have dropped to and stabilized around 22,000 - 25,000 units a week.
Well, the sales are expected to go down from a launch week high of 140,000. Sprint’s inventory of has also reached a supply-demand stabilization point.
However, some analysts say that this drop in sales may also cause the end of Sprint's exclusive rights to sell the Palm Pre. Apparently, the carrier’s exclusivity agreement with Palm apparently includes a clause requiring selling 55,000 units a week.
So this mean that we'll soon see the Pre on other US carriers? Well, we can't say for sure seeing as these reports remain unconfirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt.
