AT&T to Offer the Palm Pre?
Here's an interesting rumor. It appears that the Palm Pre might be offered on multiple carriers next year. Apparently, this rumor was born when Palm showed off a GSM Palm Pre working on AT&T's 3G network.
But is this rumor really plausible? Well, there are a few indicators that give this scenario a chance of coming true.
For instance, the are reports that AT&T might lose its exclusive contract to sell the Apple iPhone. The Palm is an excellent device to recover the loss brought about by the great iPhone migration to other carriers.
A GSM Palm Pre is also already available so it shouldn't be too hard to make one that will run on the AT&T network.
